Annika Aneja
Vedika Luthra
Director of Project Management
Director of Development
Hello! I'm Annika and I'm a going into 11th grade this year. I'm joined this organization because I truly believe that our main cause is so important! I'm very interested in supporting and helping out our team by organizing projects that align with interfaith, healthcare, and environment. I believe in supporting all 3 of these pillars as we can make our planet a better place everyday by working to minimize real world issues like climate change, inequality, and health crises. These issues negatively impact multiple lives on a daily basis and it's crucial that we do whatever it takes to help out. :)
My name is Vedika Luthra. I am a Junior at Oakton High School. As a young environmental enthusiast, I have been dedicated to the cause for over 2 years. As a founder of a non-profit organization, I am helping young people gain environmental awareness through educational, art, and innovation programs. I bring my conviction, zeal, and knowledge to promote equality in the environment, and equality to the Billion Shines.

Hi! My name is Sophia and I am the Director of Fundraising. For a bit about me, I live in NOVA and play volleyball as well as the oboe and piano. Some of my favorite things to do in my free time are walk my dog around the park, watch tv, listen to music, and bake! Come buy some home-made brownies at our next bake sale!! I also babysit and am a part of Billion Shines, obviously. As a Billion Shines member and Director I deeply support our cause and try to promote the kindness that this nonprofit teaches as well as values of environmental care, religious equity, and healthcare. Through advocacy and passion I believe in efforts to support causes I care about, via both Billion Shines and my personal life.
